Over the years, the property has evolved from a neighborhood school to a beloved farm-to-table restaurant, and now, to a space where community, creativity, and celebration meet.

We share this land with Old School Farm, a nonprofit agricultural operation. Together, we’re cultivating something lasting - a place rooted in stewardship and open to possibility.

From the intimate corners of the schoolhouse to the open lawn, gardens, and pavilion, every part of this property is designed to be both grounding and expansive.

Take a closer look around - and imagine what you could build here.

The Pavilion

Just beyond, the Courtyard offers firelight, lounge seating, and easy conversation under the stars - a relaxed complement to the energy of the evening.
